It’s a common occurrence that people eat without being hungry. Sometimes the taste of food lures them; sometimes an offer by someone compels them to have an unnecessary dose of food.
Whatever may be the reason, the end result is undesirable. So, a resolution on the part of individual is required to draw a line when it comes to food. One should wait for a genuine hunger to get closer to food and not just a desire to fill the belly. Avoiding oily food is another good step to maintain a well-proportioned body. If at all the fatty things are eaten, the physical exercise becomes necessary so that the fats are burned and not just remain in the body for causing subsequent harm. Physical exercise is a must for the people, especially those whose body’s weight is on constant rise.
