5. Question: Who conducts the IELTS exam?
Answer: British Council, IDP: Education Australia and Cambridge University of ESOL Examination.

6. Question: What is the IELTS Test Format?
Answer: IELTS consists of six Modules.
The Test Modules are taken in the following orders:

Listening: 4 Sections, 40 questions, (Approximately 30 minutes)
Reading: (Academic): 3 Sections, 40 questions, (60 minutes)
Reading: (General Training): 3 Sections, 40 questions, (60 minutes)
Writing: (Academic): 2 tasks (60 minutes)
Task 1: Explaining a graph, diagram, chart or table (150 words)
Task 2: Writing an essay (250 words)
Writing: (General Training): 2 tasks (60 minutes)
Task 1: Writing a letter Formal, Semi Formal or Personal Letter (150 words)
Task 2: Writing an essay (250 words)
Speaking: Part 1 (4-5 minutes) Part 2 (3-4 minutes) and Part 3 (4-5 minutes)
Total 11 to 14 minutes.
7. Question: Can anyone take the Exam?
Answer: Yes, if he/she is above 16 years.

8. Question: How long is a test score valid?
Answer: 2 years.

9. Question: How long do candidates have to wait for their result?
Answer: within 13 days / Two weeks.
