This is the first time in the world that such an initiative has been taken to drive a social change. Star plus, with this initiative called Nayi Soch, has got the full support of BCCI and the Indian team. Mahendra Singh Dhoni rightly described in an interview that mother’s presence and blessings have always been there but such initiative provides a public platform for recognising the mom’s contribution. Similar efforts on other fronts should also be made to bring about an awareness of what we call Matra Shakti.
