It’s a fact that in the whole solar system, there is only one source of energy and that is the Sun. It is the solar energy which is tapped by the plants and that gets converted into food energy. Finally, the animals eat these plants and the energy enters their body.
If look at the positives of solar energy, we will find many. First of all it is free of cost. After supplying energy, sun never sends the monthly bill. Plus it is available abundantly. Except few months of monsoon, the sun rises daily and opens it storehouse of energy and distributes among the various constituents of this world. Another important aspect is that it’s never ending. Sun has so much fuel that it will last for several billion years. The last but not the least , the solar energy is the cleanest form of energy. This means that it doesn’t cause the air pollution. Considering these facts, solar energy is gaming ground.

It has been known since ancient times that the sun is a boundless source of energy. But how to exploit this energy was a big mistery. Thanks to the development in science and technology, now it is possible to convert solar energy into electrical energy. Now the government is looking at it as the major source of energy. Consequently, big companies are coming forward to set up huge solar plants to meet the growing needs of energy. Current visit of German Chancellor has given further boost to the Indian solar energy program . India is looking forward to investment and technology transfer from this major European country. Let’s hope that we will be able to extract the maximum from the Sun god so that we can use power without the tension of paying for the same.
